Cancellation Policy

The Hive Collaborative Booking Policy Purpose This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for booking the creative studio space to ensure a smooth and productive experience for all users. Booking Process Eligibility: The studio is available for artists, designers, filmmakers, and other creative professionals. All users must provide proof of their creative work or project. Reservation: Bookings begin with the submission of a consultation request. A member of our Hive team will reach out to discuss the specifics of your project or event, including availability and pricing details. If you choose to proceed, we will provide an agreement for your review and signature. Upon receipt of the signed agreement, we will issue an invoice and/or a deposit request, which must be settled to confirm your reservation. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all bookings. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the invoice/deposit. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in the loss of the deposit. Rescheduling: Users may reschedule their booking once without penalty if done 48 hours prior to the original date. Liability Users are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests. The studio is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the booking period. Usage Guidelines Equipment and Facilities: Users have access to the Hive's equipment, tools, and amenities based on the conditions agreed upon. Users are responsible for returning all equipment to its original state and condition. Cleanliness: Users must clean up after their session, including disposing of any waste and returning furniture to its original arrangement. A cleaning fee may be applied if the studio is left in an unsatisfactory condition. Content Policy: Unlawful, harmful, hazardous, or pornographic practices or content are strictly prohibited in all forms. Please consult a Hive staff member with any questions regarding this standard.
