< Back Ken Agle Owner/Producer Ken is the co-founder and managing owner of The Hive Collaborative. His strong belief in the power of collaboration to foster creativity was instrumental in establishing this venture. Ken’s creative journey began in the 1990s as part of the team behind Liken the Scriptures. One of his proudest life achievements is building The Hive Collaborative alongside his two oldest children, Aria and Davis, in 2021, which he views as a form of art. He hopes that everyone who enters The Hive feels a sense of warmth and welcome, reflecting the heart, soul, and effort the team invested and continues to invest in the project. < Back Sophie Agle Director of Operations Sophie has been in dozens of theatre productions as primarily an Actress, but also as a techie, lighting director, and stage manager. Sophie is an author and works with the Hive Collaborative to stream her writing process to YouTube. < Back Aria Samia Event Coordinator Aria is the creative force behind many of our memorable gatherings at The Hive Collaborative. With a lifelong passion for party planning and a degree in psychology from Utah Valley University, she dedicates herself to making every event seamless and engaging. Fun fact: she even lent a hand in adding some design touches to our space—she’s especially fond of the Bauhaus wall. With experience running theatrical events to contributing to film productions and a degree in psychology from Brigham Young University, he seeks to make every production functional and effective. < Back Esther Slaeker Assistant Event Coordinator/Musical Director Esther has always had a passion for music and theatre. After being part of many productions in her youth, she studied music at Florida State University before moving to Utah, and has continued to be involved in the community theatre world. When she is not on the stage, Esther can often be found directing, music directing, or teaching voice lessons.
