Julius Caesar
Drama
Nov 4 - 8
William Shakespeare's striking tragedy, 'Julius Caesar', follows the machinations of a group of conspirators who aim to assassinate a ruler on his rise to Dictatorship to save their country from Tyranny. First performed in 1599 at The Globe, this pulsing play blasts its echo fearlessly into our day, where themes of political corruption are as urgent now as they were over 2,000 years ago.
Content Advisory:
Julius Caesar contains stabbing, crowd brutality, and allusions to fascism. There are also “Roman” suicides, considered honorable in ancient times, after committing a devastating mistake. This production contains some light effects that may not be suitable for people with photosensitivity.
Age Recommendation: 16+
