While there are ramps for wheelchair access throughout much of the building, caution in movement is encouraged. Children/Minors should be monitored by appropriate adults. 05 Pets: Are pets allowed? Certified service dogs are allowed in the building as needed by their owners. Other pets require approval before entry. 06 Availability: Is the studio available on my desired dates and times? In all cases, The Hive Collaborative works to meet the budgetary capacity of inquiring parties. 08 Facilities: What equipment and amenities are included in the rental? Cancellations are generally allowed depending on the timing of the cancellation. These are specified in our agreement. Changes are allowed when calendars accommodate the change. 13 Insurance: Do I need to provide insurance for my production? The Hive Collaborative strongly encourages events to carry insurance for their production as The Hive Collaborative does not guarantee a production’s equipment during production. Other insurance may be required by The Hive Collaborative depending on the nature of the event. 14 Technical Support: Is technical support available during my rental period? Policies on Content that is Pornographic, Violent, Political, Activist, Religious, etc.)? The Hive Collaborative does seek not prescribe content requirements, but does reserve the right to refuse content that does not fit with the framework of The Hive Collaborative.
